You would call someone uppity sometimes in the same fashion as calling them boujee. They could be high maintenance, “prissy”, or spoiled-acting. Without the original translation, it’s difficult to tell if that’s what he means or said lol

People use it in America at least it means like you think your better than me or your a uptight asshole I’ll use it in a sentence for you
