I feel bad for Won Gae, but I guess the Nyeonbi Cheon he loved is already dead, and it's partially because of him why she died.
Because she trusted him she ate the poisoned fruit, but it turned out to be his twin brother who killed her. Idk if Nyeonbi Cheon was killed because Won Gae's family didn't want him to be involved with her.
