Just a little clarification, but bipolar is a mood disorder, so such a thing won’t cause it, but what can cause it is an identity disorder, possibly dissociative identity disorder, or DID for short. It’s caused by severe trauma from childhood, resulting in multiple personalities.
Anyway, this is actually a really interesting theory and could explain some things, but I kind of find it unlikely. I’m not trying to disprove or dismiss you by the way, just trying to spread information

what... and hear me out, what if he's bipolar??? and he has 2 personalities coexisting in one body, so the kind one is him all estable and in control
but when the switch get flipped, the other him comes into game and he's rude and sadistic
that's why he seemed surprised when daejong fainted after being choked because he didn't remembered doing it
