Sameee I was like omg IT JUST STARTED UPDATING when I came back to read it, was so hoping for at least 50 new chapters only to get 3
you forgot to mention they changed his skin color...
but yeah, he definitely lost his MC looks.. he's somehow turned into one of the most bland characters
I left this to marinate for like a year and THIS is what I get back to... 10 new chapters and a sudden art style change

The art? it looks decent. In NO way is it NOT good. Okay?
I can cope with more eyeliner and even the sharp angled trapezoid chin.
BUT! HIS! HAIR! IS! NOT! IT!
The colors? NOT. IT.
He looks indistinguishable from a background character to me unless I see his eyes. Plus his lil sassy side doesn't shine through as much now? I'm probably looking through a lens from my bias but I feel like he's not as expressive as before too
Plus I like the shading more from the first art style. The colours looked more vibrant rather than flat.
His color palette for clothes used to be more blues, blacks, purples and whites. Now it's all black
I'm not bashing any of you artists here
But as a reader I just feel sad and frustrated like I lost something
I'll probably still continue reading? idk really bruh
