I would hope people in general don't take ANYTHING they read/see in a comic at face value... They're not made to educate us (unless stated otherwise) , they're made for entertainment. So I'd expect them to do some real life research if inspired by any fictional media content.
I would hope the same, but unfortunately we have many young people in our community that I think would jump in the adventure and the experimenting without seriously thinking about it first.
Breath play is actually pretty dangerous, inform yourself about the games you're playing and have conversations with your partner about boundaries
