The H in the TH of -THYS is mute so shouldn’t be taken into account, in its original pronunciation, but English speakers do tend to pronounce the TH like they usually do but in a sharper way. As if they start with a T then end with a TH.
So your choice to pronounce it simply with TIS or a sharp T-THIS.
