The original couple (emperor and the mute uke) had a kid, it's their biological kid in the manhua. The general and the owner of the (bussines that offers bodies to sleep with, lmaoo forgot what's that called) adopted/saved a kid from other nation.
Those two kids are the second couple when they came to age. They're close childhood friends, forgot what happened why they drifted apart. Seme became an ass more than his father, terrible and the worst are an understatement.

Yep he's mute until the end, they only had 1 kid, the ml in the current story.
However it's weird how the mute MC disappeared in the entire story after. Only the emperor is making appearances rn. We all don't know what happened to the mute, he's just gone like bubbles.
