They don't show up, at least not in any of the five volumes of the novel. The sides stories of Kiss me if you can end with them agreeing to have another baby (specifically during their honeymoon) but that's it, no pregnancy or baby showed.

Oh so they got married? How many years have they dated? Or did they just automatically agreed to marry after just less than a few months?
Josh proposed and they agreed to get married after the filming of the movie but the novel ends before that so we don't get to see them marrying or starting their life together with Pete. They've been dating less than a year at that point, the novel doesn't spans for a long period of time.
where can i read the side stories of the novel? i've seen a link going around in the recent comments but none of them has the side stories available for reading
I read them in Spanish because I also couldn't find a proper English translation of them (the oficial tl is only up to vol. 2). You can buy the Korean version in Google play books and translate them using the same app, there also other novels by ZIG btw
