very emotional ending, with a drunk and crying heesung finding it difficult to listen to chiyoung's promises of forever considering the times hes been abandoned in the past by those he loved (his parents, his hyung) no matter hard he worked to make himself useful or less of a burden to them, wishing they wouldnt toss him aside :( trusting chiyoung is an important part of our puppy's character development, alongside learning that he doesnt have to "prove" himself as worthy of being loved. he realizes as the story progresses that chiyoung loves him just exactly the way he is
