Fun fact!

Fun fact: Horus called Seth Seth-nim (semi formal) and then at the end Seth-ya (informal) in Korean. And those people that know how HUGE formal and informal speech is, this is a BIG deal. Not only because Seth is older, but because of his status as well he should always have people talk to him in formal speech. And Horus ALWAYS speaks in formal speech to him. He always calls him (uncle - nim), so now calling him SETHU-YA is basically being on equal footing as Seth. It portrays that they are closer than ever and that they're lovers pretty much.

Thats why it seems weird in the English Translation.

In Korean, not even younger friends can speak informally to their Hyung or Noona, unless they get SPECIAL permission by the older one and or are lovers or siblings.

Also, idk why it has lightsabers when in the raws it did not! Lmao!

There is SO MUCH subtly that is lost in translation but I guess it can't be helped sometimes

You're welcome! It is hard because it makes a huge difference.

The bubbles before when he called him Seth BESIDES the last one, he calls him Seth-nim. And the very last bubble, be calls him. Seth-Ya. So that's why Seth looked shocked and kissed him. I think he also kissed him because he doesn't want to come to terms with his feelings, and that he's really fallen for Horus.

OMG! Thank you so much for this! As someone who loves watching kdrama ever since. So, I knew and understand these concepts and knowing these details made the two chapters even more intimate and special

I wonder if this translation could have worked:

S: "Don't call me that. It make me feel like I am doing it with a nephew"
    H: "Seth"
    (No response)
    H: "My Seth"
    S: (accepting that term) "Yeah"

I know it feel more possessive but in English there isn't much way to make vehiculate the importance of the tonal shift of that conversation.

Technically Mr. Seth vs Seth could have work too, but it feel weird in the context.

    What do you think?

I do agree with the Mr. Seth would have worked better haha. Because he did call him Seth-nim before calling him Seth-ya.
