does vincent get his sight back? the mc lied to her about her looks and claimed she looked like her sister, does her sister make an appearance?
oh boy, this was the question i was waiting for and the answer is hella juicy (and long). sorry in advance, i'm not very good at summarising concisely.

After Violet finds out about Vincent's eye condition, they have a mini tea party gathering with the whole group (Vincent, Violet, Ethan).
Paula starts to feel uncomfortable/somewhat of a misfit in the group and tries to take on tasks like fetching more water or refilling the teapot, and when she comes back, she finds a new person has joined the gathering. And that person was the same guy that Paula saw in Chapter 17 ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/the_count_s_secret_maid/uu/br_chapter-248778/pg-7/).

We find out that his name is Lucas Christopher and he is Ethan's younger brother. He expresses A LOT of interest towards Paula (a green flag second male lead). And later, when they are alone, he confesses to Paula that he was the one who blinded Vincent (do not trust him!). He also talks about how he wants to give his eyes to Vincent, to which Paula hurriedly disagrees with him and tells him to never say that again.
Fast forward, Violet's mother and father find out that Vincent is blind and barges into the estate with James Christopher, the older brother of Ethan and Lucas. The mother and father drag Violet out of the estate, declaring that the engagement between Violet and Vincent is dissolved. Violet bursts into tears and tries to stop her parents but they don't listen. On the contrary, Vincent agrees with their declaration and doesn't try to stop them.
Afterwards, we find out (I forgot how) about the Christopher family drama.
Count Christopher remarried, and his second wife had a son with her former fiance. That son was James. Count Christopher didn't care about bloodline and genuinely loved James as his son, so Count Christopher was okay with James being the next Count as he was also the eldest of his siblings. However, the nobles around them didn't share the same opinion and kept pressuring them. This made James insecure, so he ended up killing his own stepfather.
Lucas ends up witnessing James kill Count Christopher, and James mistakes his figure for Vincent, so he blinds him instead of Lucas (which explains Lucas's guilt for 'blinding Vincent'). Soon afterwards, James realises his mistake and figures out it was actually Lucas who witnessed him killing Count Christopher. He sends multiple assassins to kill Lucas, but to no avail, they don't succeed.
A side note: Vincent and Lucas know about this, but they left Ethan in the dark about this entire story because they know how much Ethan loved his father, and they didn't know how he would react if he found out about the truth about his father's death.

Back to the present of the night that Violet got dragged out, James once again sends assassins to Lucas while he's in Vincent's estate. Around that time, Paula starts looking for him because he is missing from his room and notices a trail of blood outside. She follows the trail and finds Lucas, injured and bleeding from his stomach (?). She tries helping him up to get him to safety but he refuses and tells her to run away.
Paula hurriedly runs back to the estate and screams for help, which sends the whole mansion into an uproar. Lucas survives and ends up getting medical help. Ethan confronts Vincent, asking if it was James behind this and if he was the one behind his father's death, and Vincent confirms.
Vincent realises it's too dangerous for Paula to stay in the estate, as she was the only 'witness' of Lucas's attempted assassination and they may have remembered her. He sends her away to another estate and promises her that he will come back for her.
As Paula rides in the carriage with Isabella, the head maid suddenly opens the carriage door in the middle of the forest and orders her to leave. As Paula is confused, Isabella tells her to follow the path to a nearby village and later escape to a safer city.
Paula questions her and Isabella reveals that there will be someone coming to 'take care of her' soon because she has already fulfilled her purpose. Paula realises and asks if she intended to get rid of her from the very beginning and Isabella responds that although it was initially just a precaution, Paula had gotten so dangerously close to Vincent that even her actions influenced his decisions, making the head butler decide she was a threat.
But Isabella Isabella refuses to have Paula killed and states how Paula's existence had brought solace to their Master and how grateful she was to her. She gives Paula a pouch of money, urging her to run and never return. When Paula asks if she will be punished for not complying with the head butler's orders, Isabella admits she may not survive but still wants to repay Paula for all she has done.
Paula then hurriedly ran away while crying, and as she was running, she heard rustling behind her. It was Ethan, who was in a carriage. She asks for help and boards the carriage with him. He asks if it's because of James and she hesitantly agrees.
Ethan starts trauma dumping his whole life out to Paula lol, telling her why James killed his father. Later, Paula asks him why he's telling her all this, and he responds that it's because he could discard her at any time. Paula gets the chills and realises once again that Ethan is a noble.
The carriage turns quiet (understandably) and Ethan breaks the silence by saying that he was debating whether or not to tell Paula, but he decided it would be a waste for her not to know. Paula asks what it is and Ethan reveals that Lucas, from a young age, had poor health and could not go outside often. People often wrote him letters, sympathising with him, to which he responded to them as well. Later, he started incorporating coloured ink within his responses; Violet received purple ink, Ethan received red ink, and Vincent received golden ink.
On the day Vincent went blind, Lucas started sending letters to him for his own comfort even though he knew he wouldn't be able to respond, but to his surprise, responses came back and he knew it was someone else behind those replies. Lucas found immense comfort within those letters, so once he saw Paula, he immediately realised.
Ethan tells her that Lucas likes her, to which she responds, "I know" and starts crying. The carriage stops, and Paula asks where they are and if he isn't going to kill her. Ethan responds that there was no need for Paula to get involved in their drama and that she should forget about this matter and go on her own way. He thanks her for bringing comfort to both his friend and brother and will never forget this favour, then finally wishes her happiness. Paula swallows back her own tears and also says she wishes for their happiness, then finally runs away to a nearby village.

Paula's sister, Alicia, does make an appearance again, but not a very positive appearance though. Alicia gains ulterior motives when she sees Vincent and tries to seduce him because she wants to get out of poverty and experience life as a mistress of a noble. Vincent initially believes that Alicia is Paula because her appearance matches Paula's description of herself, and allows Alicia's approach while trying to sound her out.
Later, Alicia realises that Vincent was mistaking her as Paula and she reinforces her pretence as Paula, using the stories and words that Paula often mumbles in her sleep or nightmares to help her trick Vincent.

As foreshadowed before, Vincent gains his eyesight back by Lucas voluntarily giving up his own eyes because of his immense guilt. From his perspective, if it weren't for him, Vincent would have never been blinded.
It was already said that Lucas had a weak body, so when he was injured by the assassins, it was fatal. And while he was suffering on his deathbed, he told Ethan to give his eyes to Vincent after he died
This is just another side spoiler because I want to spread my tears.

Lucas had always called Paula beautiful and complimented her on how she looked pretty. So when Lucas gave up his eyes to Vincent, Vincent could see how Paula was the most beautiful person in Luca's world/eyes.

After annulling their engagement, Violet married another nobleman and gave birth to a baby boy, Robert. However, that nobleman dies in an accident (or somehow, I don't really remember) and Violet ends up becoming head of the family, making her too busy to even visit her own 6-7 year oldish son.
There's a whole plot about Paula bonding with Robert, because she later becomes a maid/nanny for him. It's quite cute how they get closer, but I won't spoil more unless you want to know.
And yes, Vincent does realise that Alicia is not Paula. It happened when Violet's son was ill and Paula was comforting him.
She read out an adventure fairytale book for him and while reading, Paula mentions how the hero resembles Robert. In return, Robert points out how Paula resembles the fuzzy fairy who accompanies the hero. Then he asks if she will stay with Robert, and in response, she says a line she had once said to Vincent.

Of course. A laugh escaped Paula, tinged with exasperation, as she studied the fuzzy fairy more closely.
“Alright, a fuzzy fairy it is.”
“Will you stay with Robert, then?”
“When fighting the dragon?”
“Yes, when fighting the dragon.”
Such innocent questions were delightful, and there was no harm in indulging them.
“Of course. The fairy will stay right by your side. Even if you can’t see it in the dark, it’ll always be there, speaking just to you. It can be your adventuring partner, your friend, your family—anything you need. Even when you can’t see it, it’ll never leave your side.”]
And of course, Vincent was in front of the door the entire time Paula was interacting with Robert. That's when he knew that Paula was definitely Paula.
