Considering how common it is in japan for married men and boyfriends to visit brothels and Host bars and for people two time ,three time and even four time people it's not wonder that the author made his character that way and even yashino said in early chapters that all men around her are trash ( as in filthy manwhore cheating trash) . Shouma, azumi , gaku , her grandfather and all men around her and even tsubaki use people for their worth Then throw them away. I think it's a cultural thing (￣∇￣")
