Both main stories take place around the same time, they also slightly overlap.
The actor Keith has problems with was Chase. And Chase was also the client they work for as bodyguards, when Josh meets Yeonwoo for the first time. Yeonwoo was already pregnant with Spence.

From Kiss me, Liar's timeline. Yeonwoo got pregnant while Josh and Chase's story was probably concluded since their son, Cecil looks a little older than Spencer by about a year or two. Pete's the eldest child in the Extras so he's the tallest one there followed by Cecil then Spencer. So I guess all the kids have a year or 2 in age gaps.
