Imo, i think what Yihan does is worst, like how can you love someone and still get married to someone else, he literally blackmailed him emotionally holding his pain over MC, he kept him by his side for ten years just for his own selfish desire. Jinwoo isn't right either but for Yihan to hold his accident over Mc heads for 10years and expect him to be his mistress, it's not like Mc asked him to save him, he did that on his own accord, sure the MC should be grateful but staying as his mistress for ten years just for that and didn't Yihan even think about how his wife will feel? He hurted 4 person (himself, his wife, mc and jinwoo)at the same time for his selfishness, I just can't stand the sight of him but that's just my opinion...
This is exactly how I feel. Like yes jinwoo in the past was toxic but overall yihan was horrible to mc and jinwoo. I’m just confused about why jinwoo is suddenly accepting mc’s feelings but that might just be me wanting more groveling in a way.

Lol, I understand that, I think Jinwoo feeling was pure at first but what broke him might be him seeing how his brother(cousin) used his beloved, I hope their relationship go smoothly from here on out
It's a little bit of both I guess, there's no denying they have feelings for each other but I think MC wanted to broke it off when he find out Yihan's engaged and the rest is history
