I am currently reading the novel on TappyToon, where you have to buy/collect coins to buy chapters. There are 320 chapters so far, and every week 3 new chapters are out. Hope this can help ;;

I am not fully sure myself cause I am reading chapter 131 atm, which would be close to 43/44 in the manwha.
I tried to buy the latest (320 ;; sob it was more expensive so I just bought literally the last one out) and I honestly dont recognize the scene, so I assume it wasn't shown here yet. But if I go by ratio I would say that every 4/5 novel chapters is one in the manwha format. Also because we have both points of view.
