I think there’s only some chapter left but MC is immune and has the antivirus in him, he never dies of a zombie in his past lives; it either starvation or being sick. He’ll wake up in the next chapter
More spoilers:
They make it out of the campus and the bully got killed by zombies. They took the car with them along with the two girls, the buff guy and the nerd with them. They arrive to safe point where soldier and survivors are, solider thought they were zombie ML saves MC from being shot. End up getting shot and then got taken in by the soldiers after realizing that they are not zombie. MC explains that he has the antiviral in him. Happy ending for MC and ML. Side story is still pending/not out yet!
Okey... my last theory was wrong... next theory, the next time he wakes up he's the one that remembers but not the ml hfowvrowhqo ohhhhh (I hope both keep their memories.. lol)
