Um can anyone explain to me the whole thing of this, please. I'm very confused about a lot...

Idk if you've gotten a reply yet but, Sehan's family is I guess mafia/gang and for reasons that have yet been revealed Choan is staying with them. When they were kids they went out and Sehans life was threatened by an attack that was probably aimed towards his father (the chairman)in the sense of weakening him in some way. This was obviously very traumatic for both parties but for now it seems Choan is suffering the most bc of it. Choan was punished because of this incident and practically blamed for it, so this could imply Sehan wasn't actually meant to leave the house and Choan convinced him to. The punishments Choan had to suffer through consisted of him being locked up in a cramped and dark place for a long period of time. This made him dislike being there, in that villa, with Sehans family. Which is why he begged the chairman to go to school so he could find a way to escape that place fully. Now I guess through his early twenties he found out he was a masochist, slept around a bit and also slept around to get out of tough situations or to get himself certain opportunities (when he fucks the guy in the bathroom stall for a job is a clue to that). Sehan has had a deep obsession for Choan which is hard to even define as love anymore. So when he finds out Choans been sleeping around he takes that as his opportunity to "slip in" lets say. Now because Sehan has been so focused on Choan he sometimes makes dumb mistakes work wise (mafia work) like letting himself get cut because he answered the phone or in the last few chapters chasing after another gang boss directly which is very dangerous. Due to his hand injury and because Choan was so adamant on going with him the enemy gang boss knows through gut feeling that Choan is important to Sehan and therefore wants to get to him so he can get to Sehan (eye for an eye). The bodyguard Joonhyuk(i think is his name the one w the scar on his face that punched Choan) doesn't like Choan because he sees how obsessed Sehan is and how dangerous that obsession is for him. In the recent chapter, 41 you get more clues on how the dynamic is between them all. How much respect and almost uncomfortability Choan holds for the chairman, how easily Sehan gets swayed by his obsessive emotions for Choan and how ultimately Sehan is restricting Choan and does as he pleases selfishly. Choan is also clearly getting more and more afraid, he also had no clue really that they were from the mafia and he is probably slowly going to figure that out over time. Thank you so much (づ￣ ³￣)づ that's what I got too. But like their feelings for each other were confusing to me. They care for each other, but for chaon (like brothers?) and for sehan, I genuinely don't know what he wants, the way he acts is a bit contradicting to me (￣∇￣"). I say brothers is because they've with each other since young, and the way chaon care for sehan wounds is like a brother looking after the other (obv out of guilt). But thank u again

Oh I see sorry. Yeah it's a very weird relationship. I do think on Sehans side it's very much based on a sick kind of obsession he has for Chaon. Whereas for Chaon it's like sth he is constantly holding onto part because of guilt due to the incident when they were kids. Idk it is very weird but the author will probably push it towards the love direction. Like I understand Sehan fully but I just can't see how or when Chaon could fall in love w Sehan. But I guess time will tell ╮(￣▽￣)╭
