I get the author wanted to make a complex story, but genuinely feels like they've glamorized cheating because "aww Hari has a sad past" & the "wife is a selfish b****". I didnt like any of the characters, but I espscially hated Hari & the husband. Hari for playing victim & the husband for doing exactly what he accused his wife of doing. I get she was selfish, but her only crime is doing exactly what men have been doing for all of eternity...but I'm meant to root for two men because of it?
And its also so pathetic how Hari almost set the wife up in the end. Ron was so ready to blame the wife, even tho he knew it was set up by Hari. What if he did die? So Hari just ruined the wife's life even further? And the whole story makes me feel gaslit cause why is everyone always babying Hari & excusing his actions cause of his past? Feels like im just mad at Hari, but the husband is such a pathetic loser that I dont even want to talk about him
