No. The harem in the title is like a bait. It suggest that the focus is MC's harem and concubine drama cliché (very common in historical Chinese, European, middle east court drama) but in actuality the main focus of the story is on the fantasy side. In particular it focus on uncovering a nationwide threat. From finding who is the prophesied Lord that was told to rise when the undead starting showing. MC being a monarch focus mainly on finding who's the Lord(thus stop the rising episode of undead attacks on her country), who are the people she can trust, and lastly there's also wonders if she'll ever recover from her heartbreak. The harem is very secondary and always serve for comedy and fanservice. There's concubine drama ofc like the fight for who is MCs fav but it never escalate to actual life threatening drama you see in Korean or Chinese tvdrama with emperors and concubines. It's very much poly romance.
