It’s called The Broken Ring because the marriage that was broken was her marriage with Carcel. He is her true husband that is meant to be. If someone who hated Ines hadn’t destroyed their lives in the first place, they would have lived out their happy fate/happy life. This final timeline is their second chance to live their correct lives and that happy fate.
I feel like the title is more metaphoric : this is an endless cycle of her dying miserable and starting again and not being in a fulfilled loving union : hence the ring, representing the cycle.
Broken Ring would then hint that this endless cycle is finally coming to an end in this timeline.
The English title with The Broken Ring also makes sense in the novel because the epilogue title was "The Beginning and the End Finally Meets" so the loop comes full circle. It also referenced to the wind returning to where it blew from and the river meets the sea.
