I mean, it's already clear that that much wheat won't be enough for the troops: she knows Cesare will have to purchase more wheat and she stated she will be selling it at a higher price, so in the end, everything is still in her favour
Yes it would be a good choice to let cesare a portion of the wheat to get soldiers back since they're now vulnerable in the front lines but at the same time I think the negotiations needs to be further addressed on how it can benefit ariadne aswell and what are the stakes in this negotiation
