The hypnosis in this manhwa is pretty inaccurate based on what I've learned about hypnosis. Rather than the idea of being told what to do and doing it hypnosis is better replaced with the word suggestion and unlike what has been shown in this manhwa, you can't exactly force your will on to someone and make them act a certain way that goes totally against their core believes cause subconsciously it will be rejected and they will resist. Also it doesn't go into much detail as to how the seme has been hypnotizing people and getting into a state of suggestion but even getting into the state requires a lot of relaxation and willingness which isn't even implied.
