Question

No he doesn't they don't go further then kissing. The Uke would back out because he's body would like reject him kinda. && Then the time he thought it was going to happen the 2ML refuse. The uke thought it was because he's poisonous but we found out in the novel he didn't care about dying by his hands. He was waiting until the uke was completely over the emperor. He didn't want to force anything up on him.

To me He isn't a perfect character by far he has faults but he isn't evil & cold hearted like the emperor. In the novel he almost does something that is probably going to have ppl like see see I knew it he was a bad guy but it's doesn't happen plus the novel goes into more depth about the situation that ends up proving just how kind hearted he actually was. He was constantly praised by many for how he cared about the people to the point he was always risking his life for others & the uke constantly praised him about how kind his soul & heart was. And that 1 of the reason he couldn't truly give him a chance is because he himself feels dirty and tainted & doesn't feel like he deserves someone genuine & kind like him. But he was truly in love with the uke & his ending has to be the saddest to me. His main priority was and still is keeping the uke happy & safe. We also get a brief moment in the novel about his true feelings about his brother & deep down despite the hatred his brother had for him he indeed love his brother too. *I don't see how anyone can love that demon but I digress*. I didn't get a chance to read all the side stories but It was clear that he was the better option out the two & seeing how much he sacrificed & he constantly was done dirty made me so sad that I wanted to cry. So again he wasn't a perfect character he had flaws but to me he was better than the emperor. But these was just my thoughts about him reading the novel. Others may differ.

Let me also add I read some of the novel I started at towards the end maybe round 35 or 38 I can't remember cause I wanted to see the ending. I saw spoilers regarding the previous chapters & didn't bother to read those. So this opinion I formed is based on towards the ending of the novel 35-52 I think it's like 50 chapters plus size stories. So just be aware of that when taking my opinion into consideration.

oh I see! I definitely know that he isn’t just a one dimensional “good” person it’s just some people just wants him to do something inherently bad! To either justify the ml ending up with garon or to give a reason to hate him. I’m glad that the plot twist is that he’s actually the evil one or something. But thanks for your insight
