Interesting theory. But I think it's worth noting that both Isaiah and Gabriel have the same discolored eye thing going on.
Also, before and after the incident both Adam and Isaiah clearly have grey eyes love.

Adam definitely lost his eye in this mission and also Isaiah had two blue eyes and now it’s just one black and one blue eye, he definitely gave Adam the other eye. The dream Eve had also definitely happened I wonder how Adam got to that point though
