I remember the top taking the bottom to "a walk". I think the bottom was naked and had a dog collar on. The top also hired someone with a bad sight to "coincidentally" pass them by and, well, the bottom got super turned on when his eyes met said stranger's. Basically, to summarize it: exhibitionism.

I think the last panel was of the bottom saying "woof".
