Zigril is bad, bad. He ends up realizing he loves Kay and doesn't want him to leave him, so he gives him the flower and makes him pregnant (he baby traps him). Kay tried to run away but couldn't and was trapped to Zigril because he became the Empress and the "mother" of the crown prince.
Kay doesn't feel like he loves Zigril, but he doesn't seem to hate him by the end of the story either. And Kay doesn't seem to like his baby too much either.
Oh! So…no happy ending?

Omg he don't even like his own baby!!! That's crazy. I hope they change it up. I was hoping zigril would get nicer at least :/

Mmm nope, not for Kay at least. I mean he's constantly worrying about what to say and what to do so Zigril doesn't kill him, so he doesn't love him and just wants to leave him. But after Kay becomes pregnant he realizes he can act more boldly and demanding around Zigril because he won't do anything to him and Zigril does become more considerate of him when he's pregnant. Though after the baby is born, Zigril starts to threaten Kay with killing himself and their baby lol.
I feel like Kay tolerates Zigril and he resigned himself that he's trapped with him because he is the Empress and "mother" of the crown prince so he can't escape.
Kay hoped their baby resembled him but the baby's personality seems evil haha, Kay feels defeated when he realizes the baby resembles Zigril. Also, remember that Zigril fed Kay the flower without his consent and basically baby trapped him, so it's not like Kay wanted the baby.
In a chapter, Zigril thinks about how Kay is kinda indifferent to their child but Zigril doesn't care that much either ╮(￣▽￣)╭ for Zigril Kay is more important.
Not that's not it..kay just fnd it a bit unpleasant cuz the baby look alike to much to zigs..
But i heard in the new book the side story? Kay realize that he have also have feelings towards zig..i still can't find the eng. Translations thou.

Also in the Extra 2, after the baby is born (his name is Oz) Zigril thinks this:
"But nowadays Kay carried Oz into the bedroom and explained that it was impossible to have sex with the baby watching. While Kay’s claim that Oz would cry without him was true, it was embarrassing considering how little motherly love Kay had for the baby."
I'm not saying Kay hates the baby, I think he feels kinda detached to him.
And it's not like Kay came to love Zigril but more like he resigned himself to be with him. I'm not saying he hates Zigril though
True and we know that kay dnt really want what happened to him..so i kinda understand..i want thing that i didn't expect is schuman.. damn h do anything for money...
Hy you know where to read the 3rd book?
Yeah, I read Schumann's story without really getting into it, just to see if they'd mention Kay and Zigril more but they don't.
And no, I didn't even know the novel had a vol3. Kay's and Zigril's story seemed to end in vol2 after the baby was born. Do you know what vol3 is about?
