I'm sorry but how have you come to that conclusion? She's just had an old memory that used to be a good/fond memory brought to the surface and realised that life has tainted any good memories of the friendship they shared before all that has happened she's allowed to feel sad and/or frustrated about that it doesn't mean she's not moved on from her ex or doesn't love heinry. Also she's pregnant some pregnant people cry all the time for no reason.
No she loves her husband it's just heartbreak scars will always have strong memories, this idiot is in front of her so she's going to remember all her heartbreak which hurts so yes she's still going get hurt of shes reminded of it, and yes she does love her husband.
