I just woke up and I read this immediately. Honestly I didn't feel frustration at all, and I felt calm the whole time. Looking at Jaekyung's body language and thoughts, he definitely has no bad intentions. He's just as confused as Dan but like people say, "in a different font".

Jaekyung seems like he slowly realised his mistakes and he doesn't want anything to do with Kim Dan after he's recovered from his injury. I myself hope that they part way for a while which is possible, but seeing how the author made the first parting ways so short, it seems like they might get back to being "close" again for this matter.

Like I said, the entire time I was reading this chapter, I felt calm and I focused on what Jaekyung was doing. He seems like he wants things to be back to normal before he even met Kim Dan but in a different way. Seeing how he can't sleep and the only way to fall asleep is to drink until he's drunk, that's not like him at all.

It's definitely confirmed by sight that he has feelings for Kim Dan but now, he doesn't even want those feelings to continue nor does he want to "use Kim Dan's body" for his "jinx" anymore.

Maybe his "jinx" will go away when his shoulder is fully healed and he finally goes back in the ring? I don't know, it's just a gut feeling of mine.

One more thing, he's definitely showing signs of desperation, meaning he's so desperate to become a champion again because that's what his life is all about.. and maybe the only thing he's great at now at that age.

So (in my opinion), he doesn't want to hurt Kim Dan nor do anything had to him. He (just) wants to get this over with, be healed, and reclaim his champion title.
