You mean the daughter? Then yes.. The guy who got hit by a truck both him(the husband) and the girl(the wife + spoiler, the child in her stomach) all of them died.
The girl died because they took her heart (while she STILL ALIVE) and the child died while that happend.
So MC(the dad a.k.a girl father) took revenge for them so that when the story began..
Dang, I liked the daughter too (Although, she doesn't have much scene.) Since revenge story always had this sad backstory reason, for it to be counted as a revenge. Should've expected this when there's already clues shown before that part.

Yeah, at first I thought at least she alive but lose her hand or leg. Never thought she died, and with all her organ got taken too..
Dang, kinda shock me when I know that she pregnant. But overall this story is worth reading, so if you like revenge story read it.
