Old Xian is a god. Time is meaningless to them. We never know what timeline they will show us. So you have to look for clues to know if the chapter is in the past, present or future. Here is a hint. If it shows Mo in his own apartment instead of living with his mom, it is in the future.
Chapter 452 for actual plot. Before that, 443, 450 and 451 have been one-offs set in the future too, but they weren't plot relevant.
