I think it was mid early chapters when he tian playfully gave lil mo the small letter and told him to never open it but lil mo opened it in the end bcs he thought he tian was a mafia or someone from bad organization
This was a chapter when it was revealed that He Tians brother, He Cheng is an underling for Jian Yis grandfather. He found it on He Tians Jacket when he was washing it, because this is where He Tian starts disappearing and this chapter basically sums up that this time he did went away for so long he tried to forget him because little mo thought he won't come back again. He's in denial because I think in this stage of their relationship they still don't have a label ☹
When they had first met eachother, they both acted kind of begrudgingly towards the other, and He Tian ended up saying "It's not like I want you to like me more and more," as if he was saying their distaste was mutual. A few chapters later, He Tian gives Mo a small note and tells him not to open it-- this was the letter. An admission that he had lied when first saying that.
Correcting myself: He Tian says this in ch160, and does hand Mo a note in that same chapter while telling Mo not to read it, but that note was a different one, and was opened on ch177. The note in question here is *discovered* in ch307, as Mo is washing an old jacket He Tian had lent to Mo in ch188, after the gang helped clear Mo's name of the SA accusations.
"I don't want you to like me more and more these words are lies" is this something that we've seen before who wrote that was that Mo or He Tian?
