Did you get why the mc rejected the seme in the first place? Like it's obviously wrong of the seme to continue with sexual stuff when the uke is saying no and clearly feels uncomfortable but what was the reason for that in the first place? I did not get that.

The mc felt that the seme was lying to him about his experience with women (he was). The reason he felt this way is bc the mc had been hearing rumors around their college campus and girls had been coming up to mc asking if ml was single and such.The best thing for the mc to do at the time was talk to the ml and tell him how he felt so they could work it out but he didn't.This is what started the miscommunication arc where the mc felt insecure and just ignored the ml (this all happened when the ml was away at a funeral). Then when the ml came back early bc the mc wasn't answering his texts and ghosted him, the mc tried acting like he was ok and still ignoring the ml. Now when the mc finally got the courage to tell the ml about how he felt, instead of listening he forced sex even when the mc was saying no and pushing him away. He did this multiple other times when the mc tried to tell him how he felt, he even tried doing it again when the mc tried to tell him that he has to stop forcing sex whenever the mc tries to talk to him. Eventually the ml starts getting manipulative, controlling and forcing sex became a habit yada yada yk the rest

Hmmmm alright so the real problem was that both mc (getting upset about ml lying when he was doing the same) and ml (refusing to acknowledge that mc is having some kinda problem) were acting dumb? (￣∇￣")
Honestly, mc is kinda an asshole for being so cold right after a funeral. It must've felt like losing two people at once for the seme (which is never an excuse for forcing someone but does help me understand why he might've been extra clingy).

Well in all understanding the ml always knew the mc was lying, it's actually the reason why he approached him in the first place (i loosely rmb him thinking it would be fun to toy w him). Plus the only reason why the mc lied about his experience w women was bc he didn't want anybody to know of his phobia of women and make fun of him. But the mc was so frustrating when he wouldn't just talk about how he felt and instead chose to ignore him. All my understanding for the ml went out the window tho when he raped mc as mc was tryna tell him how he felt

Yeah the ml knew about mc lying (like almost everyone else) but I don't think mc knew about ml knowing. So in the end, they were still both lying.
Honestly I got fed up with this story quite a while ago and am only still reading for the art.

(I just noticed I've been mainly criticizing the mc and I think it's because I'm so used to seeing the ml forcing or coercing the mc into sex that it's become like a given to me in yaoi or something while I don't see mcs acting like that often, so ig it just sticks out to me) (also I think I remember mc saying he needs time to think multiple times and then he got some time and he didn't think (or at least the author did not share his thoughts with us) and that annoyed me)
