But would you know where you left off?
I mean, I typically read a manga as soon as it updates, but how I currently do it is if i reach the last page of the latest chapter, that's the page I bookmark and then basically just delete it when i see an update, read it, and make another bookmark with the latest page
Mangago also has a bookmark feature so you don't have to bookmark it on your web browser. When you're reading a manga there's a "bookmark it" button at the top of the page (or in the menu if you're on mobile). Bookmarks can be found by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner and clicking "Bookmark".
I'm not sure what you mean, but if you're asking how to add it, under the orange "start reading" button, you'll see the options to add it to want to read, now reading, and already read. Choose whichever one you want, and a little white thing will pop up. You can add tags or a rating if you want to, and when you're done just click submit. The next time you go onto your profile you'll see the manga under that section.
The only downside is it doesn't mark where you left off, but you can continue using the bookmark feature for that if you want to.
Do you guys use mangago's feature of "Now Reading" and "Already Read"? I'm thinking if i should just use that instead of bookmarking it in my chrome. Thoughts?
