As for JJK, isn't not rage or anger. It's just plan aggression. When he feels joy and excitement (as we see when he wins), he's aggressive. When his upset or hurt (when he confronted Dan about the spray) he was calm, but other times was aggression.
With Dan, he's "all bark, no bite". Noticed he never hit Dan like the first guy? Or every other guy (excluding his coach)?
