I don't think these ppl necessarily consider it that seriously. And you know, it's fiction so you can have preferences that don't reflect on your beliefs in real life. But they sure are annoying to keep reading that tired old "just kill him off" , like the guy is deeply troubled (for valid reasons) and he caused some issues, so he should just die for it?
His death is just tragic, the author did a good job to convey the inevitable end in some of the cases of people like Gren.
Girl the only reason they find him annoying is bc these fuckass bl worshipers think he's getting in the way of the main couple. All they think abt is the smut.. like pls stop the bs. And the fact that my boy gren was trying to get out of his drug addiction (which is really hard btw) to be with his family makes this 10x sadder.
