You can't change toxin to holy water. Red flags everywhere since the we start the ride. If you're expecting a "normal happy ending", I think you would be dissapointed
This is a toxic story with toxic main characters, so if that isn’t your cup of tea, this story may not be for you. Though none of the spoilers I’ve ever seen have said the ML killed or raped anyone of his lovers. The spoilers were clear that he planned bad things to happen to them for his goal, but wasn’t the one to get his hands dirty. Last I remember from spoilers is that the lovers committed suicide, not that he murdered them.
Also mc does not know he did any bad stuff as they’re dating, all that content is info only readers know from an outside perspective. He find out later and he actually helps bring ML down and puts him in prison to serve his time (but later gets back together with him after he’s released).

I'm more of a wholesome kind of story, or atleast, I don't really want an ML that MIGHT kill the MC. It stresses me out that in one of this chapters the MC is dead already. The ML just look so sketchy to me. Ngl I'd rather read Jinx then this and that story's ML is toxic asf as well.

Im currently at Chapter 12, and I'm doubting if I should really continue this story because from what I read in the comments, this gets dark. That the ML KILLED, raped, and drugged all his lovers by 29?
Our MC is close to that age, and assuming from the cover, he's going to get together with THAT killer?
Pls tell me if my understanding is correct, because how tf do u get the fucking balls to date a killer that obviously already started stalking you (I'm assuming the ML was the one who broke into the MC's house and put smth in there because he's sick in the head?)
