Manga related tho... Was kinda surprised that literally every other character is hotter than the Crown Prince. He's got a chicken coop for a hairstyle.

Anastasia 1997 was not a Disney film. It's a 20th Century Fox original, whose lead director also worked on All Dogs Go to Heaven, An American Tail, and Land Before Time. I mention this because all 4 films are major hits, and vibe super different than Disney flicks. (Although the studio was recently acquired by Disney in 2019)
