I’m looking for this one bl manga where the mc basically uses this one guy (eventually lover) as a substitute for his unrequited love who ends up with a woman and has a kid. I also vaguely remember the mc always needing to be treated like a princess/pampered and loved by the guy who eventually becomes his lover. Aaaaand at some point in the manga the substitute guy gets attacked and ends in the hospital??
