Sometimes a person knows a story is shitty and just reads it anyway. This story just makes me want to read more. I don’t even care if it’s objectively good or not. It’s definitely NOT boring.
I'm at that point in life that I no longer care whether the ML is toxic, abusive, red flag and whatever. If the story is making me want to read even though the characters are hateful then I consider it good because it makes want to read and anticipate for the next chapter. I also know that I don't condemn any of these happening in real life, I hate abusers, pedos, manipulators but I know the difference between fiction and real life.
