The overlap is in a sense that the series of events in this manhwa are started from the events in the first manhwa. But we don't see the MC from the first manhwa or his new bf, they are mostly just mentioned here and there when talking about our MCs past (from this manhwa)

On chapter 4 rn and I can confirm I do NOT get anything. Mc is a potter, got heartbroken which lead to an art slump, and then had a one night stand with ml? But they somehow know eachother?
