theoretically if we use your argument that it is fictional and does not affect people in real life would that also make it ok to make cp? you cant hide behind the fact that something is fiction because fiction can still have very real affects. i personally believe that if you enjoy reading romanticized rape you are mentally a rapist but there isnt studies i know of that can back up my claim so its an opinion. also on saying "its like reading a book about real problems" yes these are real problems but to an extent. the author is very clearly treating the rape and abuse like a normal thing infact even romanticizing it. (if you can not tell if a sex scene is noncon or consensual it is most likely noncon since yaoi authors like to glorify rape and call it rough sex or toxic yaoi.). lastly about pushing your trauma on fictional men in my opinion that is ok. rape is a bad thing but im not saying people shouldnt include it in their manhwas/books ect because it is good to raise awareness about rape/SA/abuse to show how terrifying and disturbing it is. the problem i have is authors SPECIFICALLY fujoshis are not treating rape as a bad thing but as something sexy and attractive, and the worse part is it seems im the only one who is sane here?
