I think there a reasons why the bottom like didn’t leave the top or kill himself instead of staying with the bottom and become his toy. I read the novel again I for sure realised that deep down in the bottom forgotten mind might think he deserves this. I think he know what did to the bottom in the past and instinctively just let himself getting beat and treat like a shit until his friend telling him to run out thoo because he gave up on stuff way to easily like sitting on the top thigh for examplee!
