Of course he is, because the entire building was his property, having been bought by his family. XD
And because of the power of that building he was able to gain all the abilities he has now.
This is the first time that the MC doesn't do any heavy work, just monitoring. , gather people, give them power and he just relaxes and gets everything, money, power, ability. This so good.
