I'm not sure. The MTL was confusing as to whether they were together or not. They were never shown in the same frame. All I know is that fiance likes the sister.
I went to check, in the last panel there is a small panel of them. The OG fiance is clinging to her cutely. So he is probably chasing after her.

MC and ML ending up together is a way happier ending than ML and the OG!fiance. It's explained later in the manga that the OG!fiance was always in love with ML's. In the OG timeline, she died because of a stalker. However, she lived in this timeline thanks to MC. ML speculates that he and OG!fiance got together because of her death. ML sought comfort from OG!F as he was a childhood friend and OG!F gave in because ML looks like a male version of his sister. In this timeline, ML is seemingly disturbed by the idea of him and OG!F dating. This timeline is definitely significantly happier than the first. The OG couple is honestly better off not being together because his sister is ALIVE
