it was getting good so far but then i saw in the comments that in the raws, midori and her sis broke up then there’s a timeskip where he later falls in love with the mc. now that gives me the ick, since they met when she was as young as an elementary student. he even rook on an adult, older brother role of her through most of her life. i was hoping he’s stuck with that role because he does seem to love her sis so much and knows better to reject the mc. it seems like the mc and childhood friend is starting to have a romantic development going on too. the two pairs are already good, too bad the author wants to waste it on a corny first love, age gap trope. what a waste of good characters.
