Bear with me because I'm just tryna remember what I read from other comics, I didn't finish the novel lol CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG OR INACCURATE

MC was abused since he was around 14 and was forced to be bonded with his abuser esper. He lived in the US which was why no one knew who he was in Korea (also because he was literally kidnapped and abused since he was young). He was saved by his abuser's brother who was also his guild's leader (I think??) and both ended up dead during the whole ordeal which eventually set him free. It explains why he's pretty naive and unwilling to do more than basic guiding.

Noapi is actually an anagram for 'Piano', which is Andante's brother's code name who was also Coda's past lover. His brother used to be the number 1 Guide, unfortunately, he died when he sacrificed himself inside the SS class dungeon to save the espers. Noapi's primary goal is to retrieve Ano's (Piano) remains/relic inside the said dungeon. I don't want to spoil too much but Ano is STILL there and Andante wants to put him to rest.

There's a chasing arc in the future because MC ran away from him TWICE. Most of it is due to misunderstandings caused by Andante being bad at communicating lol but a part of it is because of Hyoseop's trauma. Andante actually falls in love with him and becomes very obsessive towards him. Hyoseop is obviously carrying trauma from his past and obsessive Andante overlaps with his past abuser in his mind. There becomes a long chasing arc and Andante desperately searches for him and is willing to sacrifice everything to have him back or to simply make him happy.

Now why did I say comics I meant to say spoiler lol

it's not all Ardente's fault, he ran away because the first time he ran away, it's because of the buildup until Jin Hyoseop thought Ardente didn't love him because the first time they slept together/he guided him he told him he loved him or something like that and then there's the other NSA guide who pisses me off because he wanted to end up with Ardante only and he wanted to keep his other shitty esper because he was stronger and more beautiful than his esper and Ardente refused to be guided by him but he accepts being guided by other guides and of course his post-traumatic stress must have reappeared when Ardente realized her feelings for him, but his was too late. and the second time he ran away it was because of Shin Heachang because he was desperate to become the leader of guild n°1. when I tell you I don't like this guy, it's a fleeting one because instead of having 100 happy chapters or whatever, he had to get his big head out to fuck things up, I swear Hyoseop should have let Ardente kill him.

Thank you for this one but I still need some clarifications. So the reason why Hyoseop ran away was (1) He thought Adante didn't love him and was receiving another's guide? Surely, it's not Yoo Jin (the white haired guy) but who was having post traumatic stress? Sorry I couldn't grasp fully the meaning behind that part (2) So Haechang wants to be NSA's head? What does that have to do with Hyoseop?
