It seems like mangaka started adding to it after a few chapters, hence the style change from manga > webcomic. It's drawn out, repetitive, one dimensional and basic. I'm not gonna say it's boring though, it's clearly a product of it's era; heavy shojo art style, stale character tropes, blatant homophobia from (mainly) female characters INCLUDING heaps of fluff, age old plot twists and shojo sex scenes. It's like watching Twilight or The Vampire Diaries in modern day, yk what ur signing up for haha. Clearly if this genre from this era is your thing, this'll be another book for the log. If not, just pretend you're observing a piece of history. IMO it's a comforting read when you know exactly what the playbook is gonna look like... Cheers to whoever reads this somehow, happy 2025
