Oh I love the cauliflower ear on this seme. It's the best detail, if u kinda know a thing or two about MMA, you just know fighters get punched in their ear and the ear starts to fill up with a liquid and it stays like that. Our seme in a professional in the highest league so of course he has cauliflower ears ^^
