I read this manga so long ago, so details aren't the greatest.
-I think it was a one shot or part of an anthology/multi-story manga
-delinquent uke x student council president seme
-I think the delinquent had a uniform that was too big and a plaster on his face
-I remember him standing in a school assembly
-he's called to the student council room for a uniform violation or something
- we then find out that he's in an established relationship with the president
-they have sex in the student council room
-I feel like there was a panel dedicated to the uke lifting his thigh up
