I get that the incest made everyone uncomfortable, but just because something is gross and uncomfortable that doesn't mean it's wrong for the story.
Why do we thing Dojun is the way he is? Why do we think he's never dated or had sex before? Why is he so desperate and eager to please? I think the author had been implying throughout the story that Dojun was seriously traumatized and his brother molesting him makes a lot of sense for the way he is. I don't think the "on screen" sa was the extent of it.
It also makes his choice to be with the Dr make sense. His brother molests him then tears him down verbally, so of course the asshole who fucks him then says *nice* things seems like his dream guy. Of course he never feels good enough when a person who is hurting him, but saying only they really love him, is also constantly emotionally abusing him.
Just because things are uncomfortable doesn't mean they don't make sense. If you want complex characters, sometimes things will be complex.
